Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how E360 Technology ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website, products (including TradeX), or contact our team.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, job title, company, messages you send through contact forms or messaging channels, and any files you share with us.
- Communication data: when you interact with TradeX or our support/sales teams via messaging channels (including WhatsApp), we may collect the message content, phone number, timestamps, and any attachments you send.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referrer, and cookies or similar tracking technologies.
- Service data: transaction, support, and diagnostic logs necessary to operate and improve our products and services.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, provide demos, support and fulfill requests.
- To operate, maintain, and improve TradeX, our website, and other services.
- To personalize communications and product experiences, including AI/ML based features used by TradeX to provide pricing signals, forecasts, and anomaly detection.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of our customers.
TradeX and WhatsApp Cloud API (important)
TradeX integrates with the WhatsApp Cloud API to enable message-based workflows between buyers, sellers and our clients' sales teams. When you communicate through TradeX using WhatsApp:
- We transmit and store the phone number, message text, attachments, and timestamps necessary to deliver messages between participants.
- Message delivery is facilitated by Meta's (WhatsApp) Cloud API as a third‑party processor; Meta may log and process messages and metadata under their own terms and policies.
- TradeX may analyze message content with automated systems (including AI/ML models) to classify intent, detect anomalies, or extract trade-related data. This processing helps route messages, detect fraud, and improve decisioning.
- TradeX will share messages and related contact identifiers with the client (the company using TradeX) where required to support their sales and trade workflows. Clients are controllers of the data collected within their accounts and are responsible for their own use and disclosures.
- If you do not want your WhatsApp conversations to be used for automated analysis, contact privacy@e360technology.com to discuss options; some core processing (delivery, basic routing) is required to provide the service.
Legal basis for processing
Where applicable, we process personal data on the basis of: (a) performance of a contract, (b) legitimate interests (such as providing and improving our services, fraud detection, and security), (c) consent when given, and (d) legal obligations.
Sharing and disclosure
- We share data with our service providers and subprocessors who perform services on our behalf (hosting, messaging providers, analytics, AI/ML providers). These providers process data under our instructions and are contractually required to protect it.
- When TradeX is deployed for a client, that client will have access to messages and contact information relevant to their account; they are responsible for obtaining any consents required by law for their use of those communications.
- We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
Cookies and analytics
We and our third‑party providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about website usage and to provide analytics. You can control cookie settings through your browser; blocking cookies may affect site functionality.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and the product configuration set by our clients for TradeX.
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect personal data. No system is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will take steps to contain and remediate it and notify affected parties as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, objection to processing, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@e360technology.com. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling requests.
International transfers
We may transfer personal data to servers and subprocessors in other countries (including the United States and providers operated by Meta/WhatsApp). When we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, where required by law.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us to request deletion.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
